Who we are
Orive.AI is operated by Onist Marketing, LLC (“Orive.AI”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the orive.ai website and the internal tools we build and run for our own team.
What we collect on this website
Information you send us, such as your name, email, company and message when you use the contact form or email us.
Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
To reply to you, provide the services you ask about, and run and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Google user data
Our internal tool, Orive CMO Agent, can connect to Gmail accounts belonging to our own team with read-only access, so it can summarize work and keep our projects on track. It is used only by our team and is not offered to the public.
It reads message content and metadata only to produce those internal summaries. It cannot send, change or delete email. Data is stored on our own computers, is not shared with or sold to anyone, and is not used to train AI models or to serve advertising.
Orive CMO Agent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; we then delete the stored data for that account.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we protect it with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@orive.ai.
