We outgrew the word “agency.”
For a decade, Onist Marketing did what every good digital agency did — SEO, paid media, creative, web, retainer hours, monthly reports. We were good at it. So we rebuilt. Every recurring deliverable became an agent. Every senior marketer became a supervisor. The result is an operating system you can hire — faster, cheaper, always on. “Onist” described the agency we were. “Orive.AI” describes the operating system we are now.

Did Onist get acquired or shut down?
Neither. The company is the same — Onist Marketing, LLC. We rebranded to Orive.AI to reflect what we actually do now: run an AI-native marketing operating system instead of a traditional agency.
Is my contract still valid?
Yes. Every existing contract, retainer and SOW signed under Onist Marketing remains in force. You don't need to re-sign anything.
Will I be billed differently?
No surprise changes. You'll see invoices come from Orive.AI / Onist Marketing, LLC. The payment terms in your current agreement are unchanged.

Why the new name?
We rebuilt the agency around AI agents. "Onist" described what we were — a digital marketing agency. "Orive.AI" describes what we became — an AI-powered marketing org you can hire as a team.
Is the onistmarketing.com email still active?
During the transition, yes. Mail sent to your previous Onist contact will still reach them. New conversations should use the @orive.ai address.
